About Cape Realty Group

Cape Realty Group consists of Dick Martin, Debbie Martin and Chris Greene. We were the owner/brokers for Cape Real Estate and Dick Martin & Assoc. Inc, as well as Surrette Realty Inc for the last 54 years! Dick and Debbie Martin owned Dick Martin and Assoc. Inc and Chris inherited Surrette Realty from Amy Surrette Greene-both companies combined to form Cape Real Estate. We closed Cape Real Estate in September of 2026 – with gratitude to the Cape and Islands for their business, trust, and friendship!

Dick, Debbie and Chris realized that they were not quite ready to retire when Lamacchia Realty opened their doors at our old location at 592 Main St., West Dennis in September of 2026. Lamacchia gives us the opportunity to continue to serve our community and clients without running a business. It is a perfect match for the three of us!

With our combined over 100 years of experience, we are here for our customers and clients! We know Cape Cod, unlike any other real estate group! We look forward to helping you with your next sale or purchase.
